Priority Support is an optional service designed to offer greater peace of mind and support to those who feel more anxious or insecure when buying online and prefer to know that their query will be addressed as soon as possible.
We are a very small team and this service helps us to organize ourselves better, while also allowing us to take special care of people who need a faster response.
