Measure your chest circumference with a tailor's tape measure, wrapping it around your torso at bust level (at the most prominent part of the chest). Do not pull the tape tight. If you don't have a tailor's tape, you can use a thread or string around your chest and then measure it with any measuring tape or ruler. Measurements should be taken directly on the body.
What if I am between sizes?
