To find the ideal size, The most reliable way is to measure your CHEST CIRCUMFERENCE and look in the table for the recommended size on the first one.

Each product has its own size guide. The recommended size may vary between colors of the same model and between models.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the smaller size for a closer fit or the larger size for a looser fit.

How to measure

Measure your chest circumference with a tailor's measuring tape, wrapping it around your torso at the fullest part of your bust. Don't pull the tape too tight. If you don't have a tailor's measuring tape, you can use a string or cord around your waist and then measure it with any measuring tape or ruler.
