You can make a size or model exchange, or return an item within 20 DAYS of receiving it.

Exchanging for a different size/model is the most economical option. SHIPPING COSTS for the exchange must be paid when requesting the exchange. If you choose a refund, the SHIPPING COSTS will be deducted from the refund amount.

Steps to follow for ONLINE purchases:

1. Fill out the exchange and return form to obtain a shipping label:

2. You will receive an email with instructions for returning the product. Print and attach the provided shipping label to the package before delivery or pickup.

3. You have 5 calendar days from initiating the return to send the package.

Steps to follow for IN-STORE purchases:

Purchases made at the Official Matcha Jeans Store in Barcelona can only be exchanged or returned in the physical store.

Purchases made at multibrand stores other than the Official Matcha Jeans Store in Barcelona can only be returned at those establishments.

Discounted Products:

For discounted products, the discounted price will be maintained, and any price differences must be paid if necessary.

Defective products:

For defective products, please send an email to hello@matchajeans.com with photos of the defective product and the order number so we can provide a solution.

The refund is processed once the returned merchandise has been received and verified as specified on this page. This process may take between 15-20 days.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with the label unremoved, with no signs of use, damage, stains, odors, or any other condition that would prevent them from being resold as new. It is also mandatory to include the original packaging, tags, and any accessories that were part of the product. Once the product has been reviewed and the return approved, the refund may take an additional 3-5 business days, depending on the payment method.
