SHIPPING COSTS 

Standard shipping is FREE:
· National: Standard shipping to Spain Peninsula | Canary Islands and Balearic Islands for orders starting at €200
· European Union: for orders starting at €200
· Rest of the world: for orders starting at €300

For orders under €200 in Europe and €300 elsewhere, shipping costs are as follows: Balearic Islands: €4.90 | Andorra, Portugal: €4.90 | Canary Islands: €8.90 | Portugal, Andorra: €4.90 | Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Poland, Romania: €5.90 | Rest of EU from €9.90 | International from $19.90.

For the rest of destinations and express shipping, the shipping costs are detailed at checkout. 
Shipments outside the European Union may have custom taxes, an amount that would be paid by the customer.

 

DELIVERY TIMES FOR ITEMS IN STOCK

National: For orders in stock with immediate delivery, we work with guaranteed deliveries of 48/72 working hours in Peninsula since the order leaves our warehouse. If you want your package to arrive sooner, you can select express shipping (24/48h).

International: For in-stock orders with immediate delivery, we work with guaranteed deliveries of 10 working days in the U.S. For the rest of the world, the delivery days may increase depending on the destination. If you want your package to arrive sooner, you can select express shipping.

In-stock items available for immediate delivery are prepared and placed in the hands of the carrier with a maximum of two working days (excluding pre-sale items). Pre-sale items will ship just as quickly once they are available for shipment according to the dates indicated on the product page. 

We will do everything possible to deliver the order in the established times, even so in the period of promotions the delivery time may be longer than indicated.

 

DELIVERY INCIDENTS

Several delivery attempts will be made depending on the carrier chosen at checkout. If for any reason, they have not been able to contact you to arrange a delivery and you have not received your order correctly, you can contact us at hello@matchajeans.com so that we can provide you with contact information or help in any way. 

We recommend that you check the address indicated when placing your order to ensure that it is correct since it is not possible to change the address (without generating an additional shipping cost) once the shipment has already been made. If you detect something's incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@matchajeans.com.

 

ORDER TRACKING

You can track your shipment using the link that you will find in the email that confirms the shipment of your order.

You can also know the status of the shipment by accessing the logistics company's website and entering the tracking number.
