Refund policy

 

We are not always satisfied with the products that we buy, and we understand that. There may also be incidents where the item has a manufacturing defect. For this reason, we allow you to return your purchased items by following the instructions below.


CONDITIONS AND RETURN PERIOD

The MATCHA JEANS return policy allows returns within 30 days after the product is received. You can manage your return sending an email to hello@matchajeans.com

If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the returned item is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error, we will provide only partial refunds.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected for damages, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you still haven't received a refund within a certain number of days, please check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reported.

Then, contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund can be reported.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing error. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at hello@matchajeans.com and send your purchased item to: NÀPOLS 255B, 4 2, Barcelona, 08025, Spain.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product exchange may vary.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping cost for returns in the Spanish Peninsula is free for orders placed after June 14, 2022. For all other destinations, the shipping costs for your return are your responsibility, except in the case of defective items. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping your return will be deducted from your refund.
