CONDITIONS AND TERM OF EXCHANGE AND/OR RETURN
The return policy of MATCHA JEANS is 20 days from receiving the product. You can manage your return by sending an email to hello@matchajeans.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with the label intact and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the item being returned is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons other than due to our error, only partial refunds will be granted.
EXCHANGE EXPENSES
Changes in Spain (Peninsula) are FREE. For the rest of destinations, the costs of changing the product are: Balearic Islands: €2.90 | Andorra, Portugal €4.90 | Canary Islands: €7.90 | Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Monaco, United Kingdom: €9.90 | Switzerland: €12.90 | Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Liechtenstein: €14.90 | Canada, United States: €24.90 | Australia, Mexico, Peru, Venezuela, Chile, Colombia, Brazil, Japan, Costa Rica: €29.90
RETURN COSTS
The return of one product in Spain (Peninsula) has a cost of €5.90 for orders placed from February 13, 2023. For each additional product returned, €1.90 per returned item will be added to this amount.
For the rest of destinations, the return costs for one product are: Balearic Islands: €6.90 | Andorra, Portugal €7.90 | Canary Islands: €12.90 | Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Monaco, United Kingdom: €14.90 | Switzerland: €17.90 | Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Liechtenstein: €19.90 | Canada, United States: €34.90 | Australia, Mexico, Peru, Venezuela, Chile, Colombia, Brazil, Japan, Costa Rica: €39.90. For each additional product returned, €2.90 per returned item will be added to this amount.
The amounts indicated will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method, within a certain number of days.
