What size am I? 

Each model has specific measurements, so we recommend using our "Size Chart" which you can find for each model on its product page. This way we can ensure you'll find the perfect "match" between your body and the jeans! 

You can also consult the sizing going to our General Size Chart and select the model and color best suited for your liking.

 

How long does it take for the order to be ready for shipment?

Orders for products in stock, which are available for immediate shipment, are diligently processed and promptly handed over to the carrier within a maximum of two working days from the time the order is placed.

What shipping method does Matcha Jeans use and how much does shipping cost?

At Matcha Jeans, we work with reputable shipping partners to ensure efficient delivery of our products. We are pleased to offer free standard shipping within the Spain peninsula. For international shipments, we provide free shipping on orders over €200 for Europe and over €300 for other destinations. How many days does it take for the order to arrive once shipped?

We work to deliver your order as soon as possible and with guaranteed deliveries of (48-72) working hours in the peninsula since the order leaves our warehouse. If you want your package to arrive sooner, you can select fast delivery (24-48 hrs). For all other destinations in Spain and international shipments, transit times may increase.

 

What is the return and exchange policy? 

You have 20 days from receipt of the order to request an exchange or a return of the product. You can find the exchange and return policy here.
