DELIVERY TIMES

We understand that as a customer, you expect to receive your order quickly and on time. That's why we work to deliver your order ASAP with a guaranteed delivery of 48-72 working hours in the Spanish Peninsula from the moment the order leaves our warehouse. If you want your order sooner, we offer Premium Delivery of 24-48 hours.

In order to understand when your order is shipped, you must know that all orders are prepared and placed in the hands of the carrier within two business days. Therefore, if you place your order on a business day, you will receive it within five business days later (48 hr preparation and 72 hr shipping). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed during the following two business days.

The delivery time is calculated from the time the order leaves our warehouse until it reaches the indicated address. You will be notified by email that your order status has changed when your order has been picked up by the carrier.

Although we will do everything possible to deliver the order within the established times, delivery times may be longer than indicated during promotional periods.

 

INCIDENTS IN THE DELIVERY

Orders will be delivered to the indicated shipping address and if at the time of delivery you are absent, the carrier can leave the order at the nearest collection point, or call the phone number indicated in your MATCHA JEANS account to set another delivery time. If you are also absent at the time of that second delivery, the order will remain at the specified collection point to be picked up. If for some reason they have not been able to contact you to arrange delivery and you have not received your order within a maximum of 72 hours, you can contact us at hello@matchajeans.comand we will provide you with contact information and help however necessary.

We recommend that you review the delivery address when placing your orders to ensure that the data is correct since it is not possible to change the address once the shipment has been made without incurring an additional shipping cost. ORDER TRACKING

You can track your shipment using the link in the confirmation email of your order.

You can also find out the status of your shipment by accessing the delivery company's website and entering the tracking number in the shipment tracking tool.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

For international shipments, the delivery time varies depending on the country of destination.

In all cases after making a payment, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Within two business days after the purchase, you will receive confirmation that your order has been shipped and will be provided with instructions for reviewing and tracking your order.

The cost of shipping to countries in the European Union is 6,5€.
